Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Plan, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, and drive ROI-focused campaigns.
Work closely with the content and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Stay updated with platform changes and emerging trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in social media marketing and performance ads.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
