PMIS is a project management tool to assess, track and monitor the development of any project. The created project has tasks and activities at different stages with their progress report on the dashboard view The portal for the above purposes shall maintain details of creation, submissions, appraisals, approvals, financial sanctions, monitoring reports, utilization certificates, and completion of projects.
There are multiple types of users in Project Monitoring System. Some of them are:
a. Project Admin (Super Admin)
b. Consulting team (responsible for conceptualization, resource management, approvals... etc)
c. Implementation team The users from Project Admin and Consulting can create other users as per the requirements of the project.
