Job Description:

As a CodeIgniter 4 Developer at Vibes Communication Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications using the CodeIgniter 4 framework. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Web Applications: Design, build, and maintain web applications using CodeIgniter 4.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and optimize application performance.
• Database Management: Develop and manage databases using MySQL or other relational database systems; create and optimize SQL queries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
• Debugging and Testing: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues. Conduct unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Security: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience with CodeIgniter 4 or similar PHP frameworks.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Familiarity with MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Document functional and technical requirements clearly and concisely.
•  Process Analysis:
  • Analyze current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement
  • Propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.   .
•  Data Analysis: 
  • Perform  data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends .
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Solution Implementation:  
  • Work with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:  
  • Act as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Documentation and Reporting:  
  •  Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Generate regular reports to update management on project status and outcomes.
• Wireframing:  
  • Create wireframes for UI/UX designs, ensuring that design solutions meet business and user requirements.
  • Work with wireframing tools like Draw.io or similar tools to visualize and communicate ideas.
• Technical and Financial Proposals:  
  • Develop clear and concise technical and financial proposals for projects, aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations. 
• Presentation:  
  • Strong presentation skills for conveying technical and business information to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualification and skills:

• Experience:  
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst (1-3 years).
  • Experience in wireframing and using wireframing tools like Draw.io or others.

•  Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • .Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Visio or Confluence.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database queries is a plus.
