when Widex reached out to Vibes with a clear intent to leverage digital mediums in communicating with the right audience.The focus here was not just engaging hear in gaid patients but drive relevant customers to a partner digital hearing centre in the irvicinity. The purpose as discussed was to cater to user a teach level of the funnel and not just social media messaging or managing postings.The job was to not just garner traffic but enhance the user journey a teach customer touch point, whether it's through the social media messaging, landingpage, website, live webinar or reaching out to leads generated through calls, thus focusing on conversions and good customer experience rather than just generating leads.
